By accessing or utilizing the digital platforms, URL redirection utilities, and document viewers operated by LLM Advocates ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in compliance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Authorized Enterprise Use
Our platforms are designed for lawful legal communication, professional document review, client presentation, and verified delivery verification. You agree to use the service strictly within the bounds of applicable statutory laws.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users and recipients are strictly prohibited from:
- Utilizing tracking pixels or short links for spam, mass unsolicited marketing (TRAI UCC violations), harassment, or defamatory communication.
- Uploading malicious PDF files containing exploits, executable payloads, or infringing copyrighted intellectual property.
- Attempting to circumvent access controls, manipulate telemetry heartbeats, or reverse-engineer the underlying API infrastructure.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software architectures, UI components, typography, trademarks, and branding ("LLMView", "LLMTrack", "LLM Link") remain the exclusive intellectual property of LLM Advocates & Legal Consultants.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, LLM Advocates shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages or client-side device incompatibility.
